Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship and 4-6 weeks for personalized items to ship as they are all handmade and made to order. 

First Class packages have no insurance on them. NO replacements/refunds will be made to damaged, lost, or stolen first class packages.

Priority packages ARE insured through USPS. If you received a damaged box or flat rate padded envelope.. Please email kaylarae267@gmail.com or message KaylaRae's Kreations on Facebook.
Please include your order and/or tracking number, what items are damaged & multiple photos of the damage within 72 hours of receiving your order. Once we have multiple photos and have acknowledged your claim, we need to submit it with USPS. Before we ship your replacement package out your claim will need to be accepted with USPS. That process generally takes 1-3 business days. 
Please note: USPS may request you bring the damaged package and it's contents to the post office so please to not discard the package. 

Please make sure you are double checking your shipping addresses & zip codes. We will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
